LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY
1.- COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION
The Company RITA ROW SL with address at CALLE SAN RAFAEL, 7 BAJOS – 17600 FIGUERES and identified with the number B55226385 organizes the RITA ROW 10th ANNIVERSARY giveaway of international scope, to be developed through the Internet in accordance with the provisions of the section requirements of stake. The purpose of this giveaway is to reward the loyalty of the brand’s followers and involve them in the celebration of the brand.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE
The promotions will start on the 10th of each month at 00:00, and will end 72 hours later at 00:00. The Company reserves the right to not carry out the promotional action in the event in case no one gets it right or not completed correctly the steps to follow to participate in the giveaway.
3.-DISLINKING FROM INSTAGRAM
Instagram is in no way associated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administering this promotion. The user completely disconnects from Instagram, and is aware that he is providing his information to Rita Row and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used to process the contestant’s participation and to notify him of the prize in the event that he is the winner.
4.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION TERMS
The participation requirements will be the following:
– Those who are over 18 years of age may participate.
– Only those participants who are holders of their own account on Instagram can participate.
– Participants must answer the questions or action required in the publication or story on the brand’s Instagram social network, tagging it during the participation period and using the hashtags: #ritarow #10yearsritarow
– Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If it is detected that a Participant participates with several Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.
5.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be informed through the brand’s Instagram. The prize will consist of 1 voucher with a value of €100 applicable to the entire web regardless of whether it is a new collection or sales. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day of declaring the participant as a winner, there are stock problems and, therefore, it is impossible to give it. The winner may contact the Company during a period of 30 days from the date it is announced on the brand’s social profile. In the event that such contact does not take place within the stipulated period, the giveaway will be declared void. The holding of the giveaway, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
6.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the giveaway, losing all rights to the prize awarded by virtue of the draw. The Company reserves the right to declare the giveaway void.
7.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image will not be allowed either. We are not responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants. Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Conditions of Use. If the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in comments, is discovered by the Company, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.
8.-RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize you get from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion could not be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation web page.
9.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, with the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicize their results, and process the delivery of the prize. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, oblivion and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@ritarow.com or by letter addressed to the following address: C/ San Rafael, 7 bajos 17600 – Figueres, attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document. Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to file a claim with a Control Authority, in particular in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in in the event that you consider that the processing of your personal data is not adequate to the regulations, as well as in the event that the exercise of your rights is not satisfied. That is why the Participant declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of personal data by accepting and consenting to the treatment.
10.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.
11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant’s city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
