    Spain (Baleares,Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla) 2-5 working days. 18€ (Free shipping from 160€ purchase)

    Europa 2-7 working days. 19€-28€ (Free shipping from 160€ purchase *except Russia, Turkey, Armenia and Georgia)

    America 2-7 working days. 28$-31$ (Free shipping from 500€ purchase)

    Rest of the world 5-10 working days. 55€

    Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs of customs fees not included in the shipping price. In no case will the brand bear these expenses.

  2. Exchanges

    If you’re buying our products, it’s because you care about the planet as much as we do. For responsible and conscious consumption, help us avoid returns and CO2 emissions. Ask us any questions you may have before making a purchase.

    Rita Row offers its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and without any cost, as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

    The exchange period is 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.

    Send an email to customerservice@ritarow.com with your order number and the number/name of the model you want to exchange.

    Size changes are completely free for orders from SPAIN. For size changes in EUROPE, the buyer must be responsible for returning the product, while Rita Row will bear the costs of shipping the new size. Size changes are subject to stock availability.

    It is not possible to make changes outside EUROPE; please contact us if you need more information.

    Returned items must be packaged in their original condition, with the original labels and invoice. The product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels must be included. To prevent misuse of our products, we use special labels on our products that must remain in their original place when returned. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this special label.

    Rita Row reserves the right to refuse any credit if merchandise does not meet our requirements.

    Rita Row is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

    If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, a claim must be made to the shipping service provider used and not Rita Row. If a package shows that it has been delivered via a tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Rita Row is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.

     

  3. Returns

    The return period spans 15 days from the date of receiving your purchase.

    Please send an email to customerservice@ritarow.com including your order number, the model number/name you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will confirm the return and provide instructions to follow.

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items, using a tracked shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Kindly note that returns from countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs fees. The brand will not cover these expenses. If the brand must pay customs fees to obtain the refund,
    this amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

    In cases of a lost, stolen, or damaged package during shipping, a claim must be filed with the shipping service provider, not Rita Row. If a package is marked as delivered via a tracking number but the customer cannot locate it, Rita Row is not liable and will not issue a refund or store credit.

    Please note that ARCHIVE SALE items cannot be returned or resized. No exceptions will be made for size or fit. If you have any questions regarding the model, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

     

  4. Package delivery

    As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through the most appropriate agency according to the location of the shipment, with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer Extra Certificate shipping, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

    Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses.
