    Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs of customs fees not included in the shipping price. In no case will the brand bear these expenses.

  2. Exchanges and returns

    The exchange or return period is 15 days from the date of receiving your purchase.

    Send an email to customerservice@ritarow.com with your order number, the style number/name you want to send back, and the reason.

    Our team will confirm the return and the steps to follow for the return. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. We are not able to provide any return label. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

    The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels and invoice. The product must be in perfect condition and the original labels need to be included. To prevent bad usage of our products, we use special labels in our products which must remain in their original place when returned. Any return or exchange without this special label will not be accepted.

    Rita Row reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

    Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 7 working days after processing the return.

    Please notice returns from countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs of customs fees. In no case will the brand bear these expenses. In the case the brand is forced to pay Customs fees to get the return, this amount will be deducted from the client’s refund.

    Rita Row cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

    If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Rita Row. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Rita Row is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.

    If you want to make an exchange for another size, please write to customerservice@ritarow.com. In case you wish to make an exchange for another item, you will need to return the garment and place a new order.

    Please, note that swimwear items must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed, and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded.

    Please, note that SAMPLE SALE items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing or fit. If you have any questions about the style, please reach out Customer Service team before placing your order.

     

  3. Shipments and returning orders / Package delivery

    As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through the most appropriate agency according to the location of the shipment, with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer Extra Certificate shipping, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

    Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

    The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
