Can I unsubscribe from the Rita Row Newsletter?
Yes, you have to request it in writing to customerservice@ritarow.com putting in the subject: UNSUBSCRIBE NEWSLETTER or in the footer of the newsletter where you will find this option. You can also unsubscribe at the foot of any newsletter received.
How do I know if I have successfully placed my online order?
Once your order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact us.
Can I know the status of my order?
Yes, with the tracking number provided. If you have any questions, contact us.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes, from “YOUR PURCHASE” you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard shipments in Spanish territory take 24h to 48h (for Ceuta and Melilla transit will be 3 to 5 days). In the case of the European Community, the shipment will be from 1 to 3 days, and for international shipments can take 2 to 10 days.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?

What is the process of delivery?
We will send you an e-mail confirmation of delivery (when your order is going to leave the warehouse) and another with a tracking number (with a link to the website of the courier company). If the courier company does not locate you at home, you will leave your contact to make a second delivery.
What do I do if a defective item arrives?
RITAROW.COM only sells items in perfect condition, but if any damaged item arrives, contact us by phone +34 665 395 802 or write an e-mail to customerservice@ritarow.com and we will solve the problem.
What do I do if an incorrect item arrives?
If you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact us by phone +34 665 395 802 or write an e-mail to customerservice@ritarow.com and we will proceed to change it.
